When will billing actually start?
Billing begins once each product reaches public beta. Until then, access is limited to invited testers under non-commercial agreements.
Can I request EU-only processing?
Yes. During onboarding you can opt into EU data residency. EU cluster provisioning is planned for mid-2026 and will be confirmed before launch.
How long do you retain uploaded files?
During beta, files persist for 30 days by default. You can delete assets manually at any time, and retention windows will be configurable at launch.
